Our Dentists

Dr Veronica Roller has practiced dentistry since 1989. While studying dentistry at Sydney University, she received the university medal in oral surgery and oral medicine.

Dr Roller simply loves her profession and always stays abreast of the latest technologies and techniques. Besides general dentistry, she specialises in implant dentistry, orthodontics and restorative surgery and has studied extensively about the care of patients who suffer from anxiety. To this end, she is able to offer complementary anxiety-reducing therapies based on NLP and hypnotherapy where this is required. Dr Roller also loves the joy that cosmetic dentistry work brings to many patients.

Dr An Nguyen was trained in Australia under the prestigious AusAid Scholarship, which she gained by obtaining top honours in medical school. She also received top awards during her dentistry studies and has been practicing dentistry at Dental Suite Newtown since 2004.

Always striving for excellence, Dr Nguyen is committed to keeping up to date on the latest techniques and practices, and so undertakes non-compulsory ongoing training to always stay at the forefront. An has completed the two-year EODO Orthodontics Residency. While being highly skilled in all areas of dentistry such as cosmetic dentistry, dental implants …her main interest and approach lies in the prevention of disease, so she regularly takes the time to educate her patients on dental care.

Dr Elizabeth Hsu has been a part of Elevate Dental since 2022, bringing to the team her prior experience from the public, corporate and private sectors. Upon completing her secondary education at James Ruse Agricultural High School, she made the move interstate to study at the University of Queensland, where she graduated with honours. She returned home to give back to the community that raised her, and is dedicated to putting smiles on people’s faces – literally.

After graduation from dentistry, Dr Elizabeth has maintained deep ties to the greater dental network, being part of multiple Australian Dental Association NSW committees and a published author in their magazine. She strongly believes in furthering the profession as a whole, and has been an advocate for recent graduates, mentees and mentors throughout the years.

Dr Elizabeth’s empathetic nature allows her to truly bond with people of all ages and come up with treatment plans that suit their individual needs. In particular, she enjoys working with children, oral surgery and treating patients with gum disease. Having discovered a growing interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, she has committed to ongoing learning through attendance of dental aesthetic courses, and is further studying smile rehabilitation through implant placement. She also speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

A self-confessed sweet tooth, Dr Elizabeth runs a food blog on Instagram in her spare time. To stay fit, she loves to Latin dance, and is always happy to introduce newcomers to the best salsa and bachata venues in town!

Dr Nathan To obtained his Bachelors of Dental Science from the University of Queensland. He enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry (including crown and bridge, wisdom teeth surgery and implants) and is committed to provide the highest quality of dental treatment to his community.

He is friendly and approachable and will ensure his patients are well educated about their dental health and understand all aspects of their treatment needs, so that they can be involved in every step of their dental journey. He is gentle and meticulous and will make sure patients of all ages are comfortable in the chair and leave satisfied with their smile.
